1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using the vid49 platform at vid49.app — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform and close any account you may have opened.
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and vid49 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, understandings, and agreements, whether written or oral. These terms apply to all areas of the vid49 platform including the casino section, sportsbook, live tables, crash games, bonus and promotional programmes, and all customer support interactions.
vid49 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, we will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players — for example by displaying a notice on the platform. 2 Eligibility & Age Restriction
The vid49 platform is available exclusively to natural persons who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. vid49 is strictly an adult-only platform. Individuals under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any game or betting activity on the platform.
- Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
- Personal use: You must be registering and using the account solely on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party or corporate entity.
- Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order you have previously requested, nor any exclusion imposed by vid49 for a prior breach of these terms.
- Accurate information: All information you provide during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. You must maintain the accuracy of this information throughout your use of the platform.
vid49 employs age and identity verification procedures at the time of account registration and again when processing withdrawal requests that meet or exceed prescribed thresholds. Players who cannot satisfactorily complete verification will have their accounts restricted, and any pending withdrawals will be held until verification is successfully completed.
2.1 Responsible Disclosure of Underage Access
If you believe an individual under the age of 18 has gained access to the vid49 platform — including through use of your own account — you are obligated to notify vid49 immediately at [email protected]. vid49 will investigate and take appropriate action, including immediate account suspension and reporting where required.
3 Account Registration & Verification
To access the full features of the vid49 platform — including making deposits, placing bets, playing casino games, and requesting withdrawals — you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge. Each individual may hold only one account on the platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or identity documents, is strictly prohibited.
3.1 Registration Information
During the registration process, you will be required to provide certain personal information including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address within Bangladesh, a valid mobile number linked to a bKash or Nagad account (recommended), and a valid email address. You warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
3.2 KYC Verification
vid49 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. KYC verification is required before a player may process withdrawals above ৳10,000 BDT or as determined by vid49's compliance team in any individual case. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate for age verification, and a recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification. Documents must be submitted in legible form and must not be altered or edited in any way. vid49 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its sole discretion.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify vid49 immediately at [email protected] or via the in-platform live chat if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. vid49 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
vid49 strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. 2FA adds an additional layer of security by requiring a one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number each time a login is attempted from an unrecognised device.
4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on the vid49 platform — deposits and withdrawals — are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). There is no currency conversion layer on the platform. Funds deposited in ৳ BDT are stored in ৳ BDT and all winnings, bonuses, and withdrawal amounts are denominated and settled in ৳ BDT.
4.1 Deposit Methods and Processing Times
vid49 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad typically reflect in a player's vid49 wallet within two to five minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day depending on the sending bank's processing schedule. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees — which are typically zero for local mobile wallets — are displayed at the point of transaction on the deposit screen.
4.2 Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawal requests from KYC-verified accounts are processed on a same-day basis for requests submitted before 10:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Requests submitted after this cut-off are processed on the following business day. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the limits of that method.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.
- The maximum single withdrawal amount is ৳500,000 BDT unless a higher limit has been agreed in writing by vid49's payments team.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the name of the vid49 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
- KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 BDT will be processed.
- vid49 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to five business days if additional security or compliance checks are required. The player will be notified if this occurs.
4.3 Chargebacks and Reversals
Players must not attempt to reverse, charge back, or dispute any deposit transaction made to vid49 through their payment provider. Any such reversal will be treated as a breach of these Terms & Conditions. vid49 reserves the right to suspend the associated account, recover any winnings credited as a result of the reversed deposit, and take legal action to recover losses suffered as a result of fraudulent chargebacks.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
vid49 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to that promotion, which are published in full on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer.
5.1 General Bonus Rules
- Wagering requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated on the promotion page.
- Time limits: All bonuses have an expiry period, after which any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. The expiry period is stated on the promotion page and begins from the moment the bonus is credited to the player's account.
- Eligible games: Not all games on the vid49 platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded entirely. The contribution rates for each promotion are stated on the promotion page.
- One bonus at a time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Opting into a new promotion while a previous bonus remains active will result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
- Abuse of bonuses: vid49 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus if it reasonably determines that a player is abusing the bonus system — including through matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated play with other accounts.
5.2 Referral and Affiliate Bonuses
Where vid49 operates a player referral programme, referred players must be genuine new registrants who meet all eligibility requirements. Referral bonuses will be voided if the referred account is found to be a duplicate of an existing account or operated by the same individual as the referring account. vid49's decisions on referral bonus eligibility are final.
6 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
vid49 is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment for all registered players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where applicable:
- Automated betting software: The use of bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, interact with casino games, or otherwise interact with the platform in a non-human manner is strictly forbidden.
- Collusion: Any arrangement, agreement, or coordination between two or more players to gain an unfair advantage — for example by sharing hand information in live poker or combining strategies to meet bonus wagering requirements at lower risk — is prohibited.
- Exploitation of errors: If a technical error, software bug, or pricing mistake results in an obviously incorrect game outcome or odds, any bet or win resulting from that error may be voided at vid49's discretion. Players are obligated to report obvious errors to support immediately rather than exploiting them.
- Money laundering: The vid49 platform must not be used as a mechanism for the placement, layering, or integration of funds derived from illegal activity. vid49 cooperates fully with any competent authorities investigating suspected money laundering.
- Fraudulent payments: Depositing with stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials is a criminal offence. vid49 will report such activity to relevant authorities and will pursue recovery of any funds obtained through fraudulent means.
- Multiple accounts: Operating more than one account — regardless of the method used to create them — for the purpose of claiming bonuses multiple times or circumventing a suspension is prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent platform-wide ban.
6.1 Voiding of Bets
vid49 reserves the right to void any bet or wager — in whole or in part — where there is reasonable evidence that the bet was placed in breach of these Terms & Conditions, where a technical error has affected the outcome, or where the integrity of the underlying event (such as a cricket match) has been compromised by match-fixing, corruption, or force majeure. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's wallet.
7 Account Suspension & Closure
vid49 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
- Suspected use of automated software or collusion with other players.
- Operating multiple accounts in breach of the single-account policy.
- Player-initiated self-exclusion requests under the Responsible Gaming programme.
- Determination that the account was registered by or is being used by an individual under 18 years of age.
7.1 Voluntary Account Closure
Players who wish to close their vid49 account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closing an account, any remaining balance in the player's wallet will be paid out to their registered payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal procedures and KYC requirements. Players under a self-exclusion order cannot withdraw a closure request during the active exclusion period.
7.2 Effect of Closure on Bonuses
Upon account closure — whether voluntary or enforced — any uncompleted bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited and the associated bonus funds removed from the wallet. Only cash balances (funds deposited by the player and winnings derived from cash, not bonus, play) are eligible for withdrawal upon account closure.
8 Responsible Gaming

8.2 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved informally through the vid49 support process shall be submitted to binding arbitration. 8.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed clause.
